Coffee and Walnut Cake

Soft coffee sponge filled with crunchy walnuts and topped with sweet icing.

The coffee we use is roasted and ground at Cielo Coffee House, Garforth, Leeds. We are currently using Brazil Fazenda Rodomunho Natural.

Ingredients: Organic Wholemeal Self Raising Wheatflour, Organic White Self Raising Wheatflour, Unrefined Light Muscovado Sugar, Rapeseed Oil, Fairtrade Coffee, Fresh Orange Juice, Vinegar (Contains: Barley) and Vanilla Extract (Contains: alcohol), Organic Unrefined Icing Sugar, Sunflower Spread, Walnuts.
