This was another fun project. A request for a cake that had Paris Brest flavours. 🇫🇷
Layers of ground almond sponge, sandwiched with hazelnut creme pat and caramel, fully coated in a almond buttercream and topped with hazelnut creme pat, caramel and sliced almonds.
I'd love to create this with a bundt next time!

Lemon and Blueberry cake, sandwiched with lemon curd and Blueberry jam, coated in lemony buttercream of yellow, orange and peach shades. Finished with thyme and primrose petals. Enjoyed the warmth of spring making this cake!

We've teamed up with Anna from @hello.fwv to offer a dessert option on her mega winter menu! It all sounds incredible!
Here's our rhubarb, orange and ginger sponge, filled with vanilla custard, topped with rhubarb stewed in orange and a ginger crumble.

Hello everyone 👋 and a very belated Happy New Year.
I was very excited to receive my copy of Big Veg Energy a few weeks ago! @christinasots delicious book!

I was super intrigued by the Soufra, so gave it a go.
Filo pastry blew my 5 year olds mind as he thought it looked just like paper!
Layers of crumpled filo pastry with a baked orangey yoghurt filling. It was so tasty and refreshing. Perfect for citrus season. Made for a pretty yummy breakfast too!!

All our cakes are made with organic flour and unrefined sugars.

A carrot 🥕 cake sweetened and held together with soaked dates and sultanas. Topped with cinnamon cashew cream.
